Terms of Service

Welcome to CHIPIPA (“CHIPIPA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and any purchase of products through www.chipipa.com (the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

CHIPIPA operates on a scarcity model. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

• No restocks. Once a collection or piece sells out, it will not be reproduced, restocked, or reissued in the same form.
• No guaranteed availability. Displaying a product on the Site does not guarantee it is in stock. Inventory is limited and updates in real time; an item may sell out between the time it's added to your cart and the time your order is placed.
• Order cancellation for out-of-stock items. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to limited inventory or an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order in whole or in part and refund the corresponding amount.
• No price adjustments. Because releases do not repeat, we do not offer price matching or retroactive discounts on past purchases.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payment is processed at checkout through our third-party payment providers. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees associated with your order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• CHIPIPA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Given the limited and non-repeating nature of our releases:

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chipipa.com with your order number and photo evidence. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund at our discretion.
• Because pieces do not restock, exchanges for size or design preference may not be possible once a release is sold out.

All content on the Site — including the CHIPIPA name, logo, graphics, product designs, photography, and brand materials — is the property of CHIPIPA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any CHIPIPA content without our prior written consent.

CHIPIPA products are intended for personal use. We are not responsible for items purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondary markets and cannot guarantee their authenticity, condition, or origin.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to purchase products or bypass release limits.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
• Impersonate CHIPIPA or any other person or entity.
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and restrict access for anyone who violates these terms, including limiting quantities per customer during limited releases.

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHIPIPA and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHIPIPA from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in India.
